The concept of ‘wabisabi’ denotes the attitude, from the Japanese ancient tradition, of appreciating an object and yet also integrating thoughts and/or emotions to it, enriching its value. It’s also the meaning of this object to the one who possesses it or who admires it.
Many times, a broken and/or repaired object gains even more value, as it integrates an experience and a defined history. Perhaps the love for an object is what I intend to describe.
